The college introduced computer training for its students in the Session 2009-2010. About 300 students are currently enrolled in the first year course in the Computer Centre of the college. Certificates are awarded to students who clear the Test conducted by the Centre.
Students can avail consultations with specialists in the Student Health Home (Arambagh Regional Centre), to which the college has institutional membership. A nominal fee of Rs. 10/ is charged from each student during admission as membership fee for the Health Home. The college also plans to engage renowned medical practitioners on a regular basis in its own Health Care Unit soon.
Student's Aid Fund
Poor and meritorious students are provided with Tuition Fee Concessions at the sole discretion of the college authorities. Government scholarships are awarded to students belonging to SC, ST, Minority and Physically Handicapped categories. The Fund also helps general students from economically weak families.
The spacious room has provisions for indoor games like Table Tennis, Chess and Carom
Grievance Redressal Cell
The College encourages students to express their grievances without inhibition. They may drop their complaints / suggestions in a Drop-Box, which is opened at regular intervals and complaints are looked into.
Student's Councelling Cell
The teachers of the college have always been counselling the students informally in personal, academic and career matters. However, the college plans to engage a professional Counsellor soon to help students manage their problems and move towards greater self-actualization.
